Qualifications

  • Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrated experience and clinical skill as a Registered Nurse (including a new graduate year or equivalent)
  • Ability to provide person-centred, family-inclusive and culturally sensitive nursing care
  • Strong organizational and prioritisation abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication and commitment to professional development
  • Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team and across a flexible roster (day, evening, night)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, woman-centred care to mothers, babies and families within the Antenatal and Postnatal Ward

What you will bring to the role
  • Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrated experience and clinical skill as a Registered Nurse (including completion of a new graduate year or equivalent experience working as a registered Nurse).
  • Demonstrated capacity to provide effective Nursing care that is person centred, family inclusive and culturally sensitive to people accessing health services.
