Job summary

The Sydney Children's Hospitals Network is seeking a Registered Nurse for varied contracts until 30 August 2027. You will provide safe, compassionate, person-centred care to patients and families within our hospital network.

Base salary ranges AU$81,748–AU$114,772 (full-time equivalent) with 12% super, 17.5% leave loading and salary packaging. 38 hours per week, on site at Westmead, with NSW Health vaccination and WWCC requirements. This role requires working seven days on a rotating roster.

Qualifications

• Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Demonstrated excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Current Acute Nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Effective time management skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Capacity to work a seven (7) day rotating roster including public holidays.
