As a Registered Nurse in SESLHD, you will be an integral part of the interdisciplinary team in the provision of person-centred care; and leading, supporting and supervising other nurses/midwives and care roles. Minimum Requirements
- Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse that applies to the perioperative clinical setting.
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and be able to identify key messages, issues and concerns when communicating with others.
- Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team and apply professional and ethical boundaries when dealing with complex situations.
- Current computer skills and proven ability to use health information systems.
- Demonstrated ability to advocate for and implement person-centred practice.
- Demonstrated application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to patient care.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload.
