About this role:

We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team at Bribie Island Aged Care. As part of our supportive and friendly team, you'll play a vital role in enriching the daily lives of our residents. Your focus will be on identifying individual needs and delivering person-centred care that makes a lasting difference. You'll also provide leadership and guidance to care staff, ensuring each resident's care plan is followed with professionalism and empathy.

Role responsibilities:

  • Assessment & Planning: Conduct and review individualised, evidence-based care plans.
  • Care Delivery: Provide high-quality care aligned with accreditation standards.

  • Documentation: Accurately maintain electronic health records per regulations.
  • Leadership: Support and guide care teams in a positive work environment.

About you:

You are a dedicated clinician who excels at communicating effectively across all levels, which enables you to implement the best nursing practices. Your excellent leadership skills allow you to guide and direct our personal care workers on-site, ensuring cohesive and efficient care delivery.

Your experience and qualifications for the role should include:

  • A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Some residential aged care experience.
  • Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Possess a National Police Clearance Check (or willingness to obtain).
