Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous Aged Care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily clinical and emotional support to residents.
• Administering medications and managing care plans.
• Supervising and mentoring care staff.
• Monitoring resident wellbeing and responding to clinical needs.
• Maintaining compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Working collaboratively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
