Job summary

Bushland Health Group Limited in NSW seeks a Registered Nurse for its graduate transition program and permanent nursing roles in residential aged care. You will be supported by clinical staff to deliver safe, evidence-based care for residents with complex needs.

Participants gain skills in wound, pain, dementia, and diabetes care; program runs for 12 months with potential permanency on completion. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
• Commitment to person-centred care and dementia practice.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality holistic nursing care to residents.
• Lead and mentor staff on clinical issues and day-to-day care.
• Support residents with chronic conditions and care planning.
