About the role

As a Registered Nurse in our aged care facility, you will deliver exceptional care to residents in a respectful, person-centred way. You will work closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team to ensure each resident's physical, emotional, and clinical needs are met with compassion, dignity, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive nursing assessments and delivering personalised care plans in line with best practice and facility standards.
• Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately, and monitoring resident responses.
• Providing clinical leadership and support to the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed resident documentation and clinical records.
• Supporting residents and families through education, communication, and compassionate care.
• Promoting a safe, clean, and positive environment for both residents and colleagues.
