Job summary

Join Kanda as a Registered Nurse in the community across Adelaide’s southern suburbs. You’ll deliver autonomous, patient-centered care, following patients from start to finish and contributing meaningfully to outcomes.

The role focuses on community/home care with an emphasis on balance and variety in day shifts. We offer fixed day shifts, travel between clients with paid time and km, and a supportive clinical team led by a Clinical Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in community/in-home care or aged care facilities.
• Clinical skills across the full scope of community nursing.
• Current AHPRA Registration.
• Reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Current car registration and insurance.
• CPR Certificate.
• Police Clearance (within last 12 months).
• COVID-19 vaccinations (minimum 2 doses).

Registered Nurse — Community Nursing | Kanda

About the Role

• Fixed Shifts availablebetween 8:00am - 4:30pm with availability on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday required
• Flexibility to work alternate weekends
• There is a wide travel radius with this role with travel expected toGlenelg, West lakes, Hove, Morphett Vale
• Reporting to the Clinical Manager, with ongoing support from our Clinical Team

About You

You're the right person if...

• Experience in community/in-home care or aged care facilities
• Your Clinical skills are strong and you're comfortable with the full scope of community nursing clinical practice
• Current AHPRA Registration
