A leading health organization in Australia is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join the 9 East Transplant team at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. This role involves providing nursing care to Renal and Liver transplant patients, working closely with a dedicated healthcare team. Employment Type: Permanent Full Time; 38 hours per week OR Permanent Part Time; minimum 32 hours per week

Remuneration: $36.38 - $51.08 per hour + Annual leave loading + Superannuation

We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join the 9 East Transplant team. The ward caters for Renal and Liver transplant patients and provides a mixture of medical and surgical nursing care to patients that promotes identified health outcomes.
The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
