Southern Cross Care (WA) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our home care clinical team, delivering client-focused nursing in people’s homes with wound care, diabetes management, continence and medication support.

This part-time role (Mon, Wed and Fri, 08:00–16:00) involves independent driving between visits and contributing to a not-for-profit, community-oriented care model in WA.

Formación

• APHRA registration is required.
• Initiative and ability to prioritise & multi-task.
• Great interpersonal & communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn & use new software for record keeping.
• 2 years of acute nursing or community nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct nursing care to clients in the community.
• Manage wounds, diabetes, continence and medications.
• Work independently while visiting clients at home.
• Drive between client visits as part of the role.

About The Role And Where You Will Be Working

As a valued team member, you’ll be part of our wider home care clinical team that provides quality & client-focused care in people’s homes. We’re committed to offering tailored services and making the time we spend with clients as valuable as possible.

About You

Problem solving comes naturally, and you don’t sweat the small stuff. This role would be well-suited if you have some aged care or community care experience.

You’re comfortable delivering direct and comprehensive nursing care to clients in the community, working on your own with wounds, diabetic treatment, continence & medication support.

Home care workers do a lot of driving each day, so you'll need to enjoy being out on the road.

This role is offering a part time roster of Mon, Wed and Fri from 0800-1600.

To Be Considered For This Role, You’ll Need
