Essential person specification requirements

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with the NMC or on an NMC approved BSc/MSc nursing programme due to register with the NMC within 12 months.

Experience

Professional, clinical knowledge acquired through training to degree or equivalent.

Knowledge and Awareness

Up to date knowledge of current nursing issues, research and practice.

Skills and Abilities

• Prioritise tasks.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships.
• Delegate and co-ordinate person centred patient care effectively.
• Work effectively as part of a Multidisciplinary Team.
