Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Registered Nurse to perform a full range of nursing duties, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient conditions with support from the nurse in charge.

You will establish therapeutic relationships with service users, implement evidence-based interventions, prioritise care, and recognise deterioration to alert senior staff.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out full range of registered nurse duties including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the patient’s condition with support from the nurse in charge
• Establish therapeutic relationships with service users and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions with appropriate boundaries in accordance with the NMC professional code of conduct
• Prioritise nursing care, recognise deterioration in a patient’s condition and alert senior staff
• Participate in health education and explanations of treatment to patients and relatives
• Maintain a safe environment when caring for patients, including those requiring enhanced levels of monitoring
• Promote involvement of service users, carers, and relatives within the service
• Ensure that the requirements of the Mental Health Act 2007 are observed, adhered to, and implemented
• Escort patients in line with Trust policy
• Promote service user and carer involvement within the service and for its provision
