Job summary

Tallangatta Health Service is seeking passionate Registered Nurses to join our team across the Acute Ward and Residential Aged Care facility. You will deliver person-centred care with a focus on safe nursing practice, while collaborating with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team.

We offer full-time, part-time or casual roles with flexible working arrangements to suit lifestyle and work–life balance in a rural setting overlooking Lake Hume.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Experience in sub-acute or aged care preferred.

About Us

Tallangatta Health Service is a 61 bed, small rural public health service providing a mix of acute, sub-acute, aged care residential, and community services to Tallangatta and the surrounding district. We pride ourselves on being a consumer-focused progressive provider of care to our community, patients and residents with a multidisciplinary focus.

You are passionate about person-centred care and motivated to enhance the wellbeing of our consumers. You will also meet the following criteria:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in either sub-acute or aged care.

• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.

• Computer literacy with word-processing and data base programs
