BaptistCare is seeking an experienced night-shift Registered Nurse for Balladong Gardens in York, WA. You will lead the on-site clinical team, deliver person-centred care, administer medications and update care plans to ensure safe, coordinated resident care.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in aged or health care settings.
• Strong assessment, planning and clinical decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC and relevant legislation.
• Ability to lead and support multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site clinical management during night shift.

About the Role

If you’re someone who thrives on night shift, enjoys the calm, steady pace of overnight work, and values having the space to focus deeply on resident care — this role is made for you.

As the overnight RN at Balladong Gardens, you’ll be the clinical lead on site. You’ll deliver person‑centred care, complete assessments, update care plans, administer medications, respond to changes in resident health, guide ENs and Care Partners, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with Accreditation, AN-ACC and WHS requirements. You’ll work closely with the Clinical Manager and day teams to ensure seamless continuity of care and uphold consistent clinical standards across the facility.

Night shift suits clinicians who appreciate autonomy, clear routines, and meaningful one‑on‑one interactions — and we’re looking for someone who genuinely prefers working these hours.
