BaptistCare NSW & ACT in Rockingham is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care within a 98-bed aged care facility. You will assess residents, develop care plans, and lead clinical staff, while building meaningful relationships with residents and families.

You'll work with the multidisciplinary team to ensure compliance with AN-ACC and Aged Care Quality Standards, and you’ll benefit from salary packaging plus extensive health and wellbeing

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with tertiary qualification and current AHPRA registration.
• Experienced in aged care assessment, service provision, and compliance with legislation and standards.
• Knowledgeable about AN-ACC and Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to analyse, plan, and deliver person-centred care.
• Demonstrates empathy, respect, and a customer-focused approach to residents.
• Able to lead, influence, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and IT skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities and a busy workload.

About the role:

Our 98-bed residential aged care facility is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at BaptistCare. In this rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, you will assess residents' individual needs, develop and implement personalised care plans, and support positive health and wellbeing outcomes. You will also provide clinical leadership and guidance to care staff, coordinate clinical and allied health services, and work closely with the Clinical Manager to promote evidence-based practice, continuous quality improvement, and excellence in resident care across the facility.

Roster Pattern

Week 1:

• Tuesday: 14:45 – 22:15
• Friday: 14:45 – 22:15
• Saturday: 14:45 – 22:15

Week 2:

• Wednesday: 14:45 – 22:15
• Thursday: 14:45 – 22:15
• Friday: 14:45 – 22:15
