A leading elderly care provider in Australia seeks a warm and dedicated Registered Nurse to ensure high standards of care for residents. You will manage care delivery, supervise the care team, and engage with families regarding resident health. Ideal candidates will have a First Level qualification, NMC Registration, and at least 2 years' experience. This role emphasizes compassion and operational excellence.

As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, you will act as person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and following instructions to act on their behalf. Your focus will be on ensuring high standards of care for residents, including nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and management of chronic medical conditions. You will advise families of residents and GPs of any changes in condition, keeping them informed and involved in ongoing care decisions. You will also supervise and deploy the care team to ensure tasks are completed during your duty and residents receive the required care.
