Main duties of the job

As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, you will act as person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and following instructions to act on their behalf. Your focus will be on ensuring high standards of care for residents, including nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and management of chronic medical conditions. You will advise families of residents and GPs of any changes in condition, keeping them informed and involved in ongoing care decisions. You will also supervise and deploy the care team to ensure tasks are completed during your duty and residents receive the required care. ABOUT THE ROLE
