Job summary

Meath Care in Perth seeks qualified Registered Nurses to join our Not-for-Profit aged care service. If you are passionate about holistic elder care, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team.

You will provide compassionate nursing care, develop and document care plans, and coordinate with the multi-disciplinary team to maintain safety, dignity and well‑being for residents. AHPRA registration and experience with dementia and mental health are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven clinical knowledge and experience in aged care.
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Understanding of dementia and mental health.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation Standards.
• Current National Police Clearance (no older than six months).
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
