Job summary

Myhealth Warringah Mall in Brookvale is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. The role starts on a casual contract with full-time hours, with a view to transitioning to a permanent contract on part-time or full-time capacity.

About the role

We're on the lookout for a friendly and passionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Myhealth Warringah Mall in Brookvale. This position will initially be offered on a casual contract with full-time hours, with a view to transitioning into a permanent contract on either a part-time or full-time capacity. You'll work closely with our GPs to provide high-quality patient care across a busy general practice environment. This is a great opportunity for a nurse looking to step away from shift work and weekends, with regular Monday to Friday office hours and the opportunity to build a long-term career within Myhealth.

A day in the life:

• Work closely with GPs to provide the best patient care
• Conducting advanced clinical assessments
• Administrating immunisations
• Treatment room management
• ECGS/Spirometry/ABI
• Assisting in procedures
• Wound care and chronic disease management
• Other related duties as required

What we're looking for:

• Current AHPRA Registration
• General practice experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously when required
• Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritisation of workflow
• Best Practice software experience (desirable)
