Job summary

ForHealth Group is seeking a registered nurse to join our Brookvale team in a casual role, delivering patient-focused care alongside experienced nurses and general practitioners.

You will administer immunisations, assist with minor procedures, and provide wound care while prioritising safety, communication, and teamwork. Weekend availability is required; AHPRA registration is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as Enrolled or Registered Nurse.
• Experience in General Practice or acute care setting.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, patient-focused attitude and team-first approach.
• Must be able to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Administering immunisations and post-vaccine observations.
• Triage and prioritisation of emergency situations.
• Support GPs with minor surgical procedures.
• Wound care including dressings and sutures.
• Provide patient education and coaching for health outcomes.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful team culture.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be involved in a wide variety of clinical tasks including, but not limited to:

• Administering immunisations and managing post-vaccine observations
• Triage and prioritisation of emergency situations
• Supporting GPs with minor surgical procedures
• Wound care, including dressings and suture removal
• Providing patient education and coaching to support health outcomes
• Contributing to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented practice culture

About You
