ForHealth Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Charlestown team on a permanent part-time basis. You will work alongside experienced nurses and general practitioners to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care in a collaborative environment.

Key duties include immunisations, triage, wound care, and assisting GPs with minor procedures. The role emphasizes teamwork, clinical excellence, and a supportive workplace culture that values staff wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in General Practice or an acute care setting
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A warm, patient-focused attitude and a team-first approach

Key Responsibilities

• Providing patient education and coaching to support health outcomes
