Job summary

BaptistCare’s Morwell aged care community is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to provide person-centred clinical care and lead the care team. You’ll deliver safe practice, communicate clearly with residents and families, and contribute to governance and continuous improvement.

The role offers part-time hours on a max-term basis with weekday and weekend coverage, competitive hourly pay, and strong support from a values-driven team. EAP, training, and development are included.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (no conditions or undertakings).
• Experience in aged care or with elderly people (highly regarded but not essential).
• Confident clinical leadership — you’re comfortable guiding a care team and holding the standard.
• Strong communicator — clear, respectful, and consistent with residents, families, and staff.
• Comfortable with basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Relevant worker screening as required (NDIS Worker Screening Check / WWCC where applicable).
• Proof of working rights in Australia.
