Job summary

BlueCare Community Care is recruiting a Registered Nurse to provide person-centred community-based care across Caboolture and surrounding areas. You will visit clients, assess needs, plan care and coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team to promote safety and quality of life.

The role requires current AHPRA registration, a driver’s licence and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, on-the-road environment with salary packaging and Not-for-Profit benefits.

Role requirements:

• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements -Essential
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) -Essential
• Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work-Essential
• Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously
• Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
