Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide high-quality aged care across our homes. You will see residents' medical needs and maintain clinical documentation to ensure accurate care plans.

You will lead a care team, model health and safety practices, and contribute to a supportive, values-based workplace focused on compassionate, person-centred care for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration.
• Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC.
• Leadership experience in clinical care.
