Uniting Eden in NSW is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead clinical services in a small community setting. You will develop, implement and evaluate resident care plans, ensuring care meets individual goals while liaising with medical teams and families.
The role offers a supportive team, opportunities to grow into leadership positions, and a structured pathway through the Transition to Practice Program for nurses new to aged care.
Like any small town, everyone knows everyone at Uniting Eden.
There are four separate households, each with between 12 and 30 residents, and a Memory Support Unit for people living with dementia. Our team ensures that the community is thriving and doing things that are meaningful and enjoyable.
Registered Nurses who are new to aged care, or those in their first or second year of practice who have not previously completed a Graduate Nurse Program, are encouraged to participate in Uniting’s Aged Care Transition to Practice Program. This supportive program is designed to build confidence, enhance clinical skills, and provide a strong foundation for a rewarding career in aged care
