Job summary

Estia Health Cleveland is seeking a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 12 months of experience. You will be supported by a strong clinical team as you care for residents, document care activities, and lead staff across shifts. A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration are essential.

About the Role

You will have previous experience as a Registered Nurse (minimum 12 months), be open to either part time, casual or full time. Must be flexible to work across shifts.

Estia Health Cleveland is a new facility with a highly experienced Manager. You will be supported by a strong team of clinicians and pride yourself on your loyalty, dedication and desire to improve the lives of our older residents.

On a typical day, you’ll:

• See to our residents’ medical needs.
• Put together clinical documentation.
• Be a leader to staff, helping them to grow.
• Be a health and safety role model.
• Take pride in what you do and maintain the highest standard of work.

You’ll also have:

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• Leadership experience in clinical care
• A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
• Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC
