Overview

Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is a family-owned aged care provider operating 39 residential aged care homes, with in-home and community care programs in WA, ACT and NSW. We are committed to providing high quality care that makes a difference to the lives of our consumers and their families.

We are currently seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Rockingham Aged Care Home on a casual basis.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for delivering relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of all residents, while providing clinical supervision of Enrolled Nurses and Carers. You will possess highly developed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team and to make meaningful connections with residents and their families.

What you’ll bring

Before you can be considered for this role, we’ll need you to possess the following:

  • Tertiary qualification in Nursing (or similar) and AHPRA registration
  • Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse (in aged care sector)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Full working rights in Australia
