Job summary

RSL LifeCare Ballina is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver and oversee high-quality care for residents within our aged care homes. You will work with a diverse team, providing clinical leadership and person-centered care that recognises each resident’s goals and preferences.

You will participate in risk management and quality improvement activities, ensuring safe and integrated care. Current AHPRA registration and Australian working rights are required.

Qualifications

• Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.

About You

• Your demonstrated compassion, empathy and advocacy. Our teams have a passion for what they do and the impact they make to our residents and their families.
• Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to ensure the best possible resident experience, teamwork and standard of care
• Your ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making
• Your track record of leadership, ability to coordinate care across the team and provide clarity and direction
• Current AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights
• Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare. It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.
