Job summary

Mater Hospital Springfield is seeking a Registered Nurse in our Surgical/Medical Ward to join the team on a permanent part-time or full-time basis (negotiable). This role will be based in the private ward within Mater Springfield Hospital.

You will contribute to clinical standards, patient care, and continuous improvement within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, supported by Mater's values-driven culture and education programs.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• 12 months postgraduate surgical experience (desirable not essential).
• Proven clinical competency and high nursing standards.
• Effective communication and clinical problem-solving to maximise patient care.
• Commitment to continuous improvement of health care and nursing practice.
• Collaborative approach within a multi-disciplinary team.

About the role
