About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team across various healthcare facilities in Australia. This role offers the chance to make a real difference in patient care while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) standards.
  2. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest level of safety and care.
  3. Administer medications, perform clinical tasks, and monitor patient progress.
  4. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver patient-centred care.
  5. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, health maintenance, and preventive care.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  7. Adhere to healthcare regulations, policies, and infection control standards.

Requirements:

  1. Current and valid AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  2. Relevant nursing qualifications (Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent).
  3. Demonstrated experience in a hospital or clinical setting (preferred but not essential).
