Job summary

Mater Hospital Springfield is seeking applications for a Registered Midwife for Midwifery Group Practice. This permanent role can be full-time or part-time, based at the Springfield campus, part of a landmark new hospital opening in 2026.

The role offers a salary of 44.06–56.52 AUD per hour plus 12% superannuation and salary packaging options. The RM will provide comprehensive midwifery care, work within a multidisciplinary team, mentor staff, and contribute to research and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Board to practice as a Registered Midwife.
• Degree-level qualification: Bachelor of Midwifery or combined Nursing/Midwifery.
