Job summary

Norwest Private Hospital, part of Healthscope, is seeking a Registered Midwife to join its Women’s Health Unit in Sydney. The role covers antenatal, birth, and postnatal care in a modern hospital with advanced technology.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to family-centred care. Requirements include current AHPRA registration and at least 3 years post-registration experience, with a passion for personalised care and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife.
• Minimum 3 years post-registration experience.
• Strong clinical skills across antenatal, birth suite and postnatal care.
• Passion for delivering individualised, family-centred care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, woman-centred care across antenatal, birth, and postnatal stages.
