Job summary

Ramsay Health Care in Sydney is seeking Registered Midwives to join our compassionate maternity team. You will provide safe, family‑centred care across pregnancy, labour and the postnatal journey, supporting mothers and newborns with empowering, high‑quality clinical care.

Casual positions available; we value teamwork, open communication and flexibility to work day and night shifts. AHPRA registration is essential, with postgraduate midwifery qualifications desirable.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife.
• Competency in IV insertion, CTG interpretation and epidural management.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Postgraduate qualification in Midwifery or related specialty (desirable).
• Ability to work both day and night shifts (preferable).

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, safe, and professional midwifery care across pregnancy, labour and postnatal journey.
• Deliver empowering, high-quality, family-centered care to mothers and newborns.
• Work within Ramsay Health Care's maternity team to support a range of births, including high-risk cases.
