Tellos ABA Therapy is seeking a dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes, under the supervision of a BCBA. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and requires a valid RBT certification.

You will deliver individualized therapy in various settings, collect data, and maintain strict documentation while building strong relationships with families and clients.

You’ll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), helping clients build meaningful skills while receiving the guidance and support you need to do your best work.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required before starting services.
• Candidates with expired or inactive certification must renew before starting services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, reliability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule.
• Reliable transportation for all service settings.
• Ability to complete required background checks and onboarding.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Certification Requirements

Active RBT certification is required before providing services.

If your certification has lapsed, it must be renewed before you begin. Your supervising BCBA may be able to assist with the renewal process.
