Job summary

Harvey Norman Ltd. is seeking a Regional Warehouse Manager to oversee franchised warehouse operations across the network. The role involves monitoring compliance, developing capabilities, and driving continuous improvement. Location flexibility includes Perth and Adelaide with regular travel.

You will lead staff recruitment, manage performance, and coach Proprietors and Warehouse Managers while aligning with OH&S and retail practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail warehouse operations.
• High level of written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple sites and coordinating with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate and review franchised warehouse operations to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop capabilities within franchised warehouse teams and promote continuous improvement.
• Recruitment support and performance coaching for Proprietors and Warehouse Managers.
• Visit warehouse sites to ensure OH&S compliance and operational improvements.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide training.
