John Valves Pty Ltd seeks a Valve Sales Specialist to cover Regional Victoria, from the Goulburn Valley to Gippsland. You will drive regional growth, forge customer connections, and promote our valve solutions with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in regional sales, excellent communication, a willingness to travel across Regional Victoria, and a valid driver's licence. Australian work rights are essential, with base + bonus + car on offer.

Qualifications

Australian work rights required.
Passion for sales and a solid grasp of valve technology.
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, regional or territory-based.
Outstanding communication and ability to engage diverse regional industries.
Willingness to travel extensively across Regional Victoria.
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Understand customer needs and exceed expectations.
Build and maintain relationships with existing regional clients while pursuing new opportunities.
Implement structured call cycles and regional visit plans.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure flawless valve execution.
Maintain meticulous records of interactions and sales progress.
Stay informed on industry trends in agriculture, water utilities, food processing and manufacturing.
Provide regular sales status reports.
