Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Heavy Vehicle Technician
• Strong foundation in repair and maintenance principles
• Certifications as listed in the requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support and guidance to workshop team leaders, ensuring efficient diagnostics of leading truck brands including Mercedes Benz, Freightliner, and Fuso
• Identify and address skills gaps through the development of targeted training programs, in collaboration with our partners and internal training department
• Champion the implementation of best practices in skills development, continually monitoring and reviewing processes for optimisation
• Oversee the development of apprentices, ensuring alignment with both our high standards and industry expectations
