Job summary

Aurecon is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant for the Regional Queensland Portfolio, based in Brisbane. The role covers recruitment across Transport, Energy, Industrial, Water, Environment & Land, and Buildings, with travel within Queensland.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, partner with regional leaders, and develop the graduate and intern pipeline while leveraging Workday and other modern tools to improve candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• In-house, agency or combined recruitment experience across technical disciplines.
• Ability to manage a broad portfolio of roles and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with regional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across regional Queensland portfolios.
• Partner with regional leaders and hiring managers to define workforce needs.
• Proactively source talent and build graduate/intern pipelines.
• Represent Aurecon at career events and engage with universities.
