Outlook Australia is seeking an accomplished operationally focussed Manager to lead a geographically dispersed Queensland portfolio.

Reporting to a senior executive, you will develop a diverse team, deliver operational performance (including safety and compliance), manage contracts, assets and commercial partnerships across transfer stations and reuse shops, and drive sustainable growth through new ventures.

Qualificações

• Track record of developing managers and building inclusive, accountable teams.
• Leadership across complex, geographically dispersed operations.
• Strong commercial judgement with evidence of improving financial and operational performance.
• Business development and proactive stakeholder relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and develop Contract Managers and emerging leaders.
• Lead multi-site Queensland operations and standardise site practices.
• Own financial performance, budgets, contracts, safety, compliance and assets.
• Manage commercial partnerships and relationships with councils, government and partners.
• Identify new opportunities and support portfolio growth and diversification.
• Oversee site transitions and improvement projects.
• Embed safety, quality and customer service across 100+ employees.
• Align Queensland with the National organisation and growth opportunities.
