Responsibilities

Deliver social housing projects through a range of delivery models, including partnerships with private, community housing and not-for-profit sectors, to achieve Homes NSW objectives.
Manage projects through the full lifecycle, including planning, stakeholder engagement, governance, financial management, risk management and reporting, ensuring outcomes align with program objectives and client needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business partners, contractors, consultants and government agencies, to support successful project delivery.
Identify and manage legal, regulatory, operational and project risks, while driving continuous improvement, innovation and best-practice approaches.
Prepare strategic and operational documentation and provide advice, reporting and project support to the Executive Leadership Team.
