CJD Equipment, a nationally recognized leader in construction and transport solutions, is seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager – Kenworth Trucks to lead sales efforts across Perth and the South West. Based at our Forrestfield or Bunbury Branch, this role offers an opportunity to represent the iconic KENWORTH brand, focusing on customer relationships and strategic sales execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth for Kenworth’s heavy vehicle range
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in your territory
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Provide product expertise and tailored truck solutions to customers
  • Participate in industry events, customer visits, and promote the Kenworth brand
Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in truck or heavy equipment sales
  • Strong understanding of the WA market and regional customer needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
  • A charismatic, consultative approach to client relationship building
  • A Heavy Vehicle License is desirable (HR or MC preferred)
  • Background in Business or Marketing is highly regarded
