Job summary

A leading infrastructure services provider is seeking experienced Area Managers in South Australia to lead road maintenance teams. In this role, you'll manage maintenance planning and administration while ensuring timely and cost-efficient project execution. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years in civil operations, a white card, and strong leadership skills. Qualifications

• 5+ years in civil or maintenance operations, including multi-crew or area management.
• White Card, 'C' class license required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver road maintenance services on time and within budget.
• Manage budgets and monitor performance to ensure cost efficiency.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships through proactive communication.
• Coach and develop Supervisors to build capability and drive improvement.
