Job summary

Munro Footwear Group is seeking a commercially sharp Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of stores across Williams and The Trybe. You will lead Store Managers, drive sales, profitability and KPI performance, and ensure a high-quality customer experience across both in-store and omnichannel journeys.

In this hands-on role you will coach leaders, influence outcomes at scale, and build capability within your region while maintaining high standards in operations, safety and presentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multiple sites in a retail environment (3+ years).
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to analyse performance and drive results.
• A passion for people leadership, coaching and team development.

• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers to deliver strong commercial outcomes.
• Drive sales, profitability and KPI performance across locations.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences across in-store and omnichannel journeys.
