Munro Footwear Group (MFG) is seeking an Area Manager to lead a portfolio of stores across Williams and The Trybe. You will coach Store Managers, drive sales and profitability, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across in-store and omnichannel journeys.

The role focuses on high-performance leadership, standard setting and strategic execution. You will be hands-on, accessible in stores and responsible for building capability and succession across the region while partnering with Retail
