Rockwear Australia is seeking an Area Manager for the North Brisbane/Sunshine Coast region to lead a portfolio of stores and develop high-performing teams. You will drive sales, ensure stock availability, and maintain sharp visual merchandising across all locations.

Qualifications

• Proven Area Manager or senior multi-site leader with retail experience.
• Strong sales and KPI track record.
• Leadership and team development skills.
• Strong visual merchandising and store standards.
• Willingness to travel between stores.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standout customer experiences across stores.
• Drive sales growth and profitability for the portfolio.
• Maintain best-in-class store presentation and stock availability.
• Recruit and mentor Store Managers and teams.
• Lead seasonal merchandising changes and promotions.
• Ensure safety, audits and compliance across stores.
• Coordinate between State Management and store teams.
