Job summary

Warrnambool City Council is seeking a proactive Project Administrator to support the Coastal Connect ICT project across three southern Victorian councils. You will provide administrative, coordination, and governance support to the Executive Manager IT Strategy and Transformation Shared Services, Project Manager, and Change Manager.

The role is temporary and part-time (3 days per week) with a starting hourly rate of $39.97, with travel between Corangamite Shire, Moyne Shire and Warrnambool

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative support for large projects or programs.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and councils.
• Familiarity with governance processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, coordination and governance support to senior IT project leadership.
• Assist Project Manager and Change Manager throughout the project lifecycle.
