Job summary

Alta-1 College in Western Australia seeks an experienced regional principal for the North Metro region. This full-time, three-year fixed-term contract begins January 2027.

You may come from a principal, deputy principal, head of school, or specialist leadership background; the important measure is the impact you have on students and staff. You will build trusted relationships, set clear expectations, and use data to guide decisions while maintaining focus on students.

New to CaRE Schools

You do not need to have worked in a CaRE or special assistance school before. We value relevant educational leadership experience, and we will support you to build a deep understanding of the CaRE context and the young people we serve.
