We are seeking an inspiring and educationally focused Campus Principal to lead our welcoming Northam Campus and help drive exceptional outcomes for students and staff. The Position As Campus Principal, you will provide professional and instructional leadership across the campus, fostering a culture of high expectations, continuous improvement and student achievement. While overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school, your primary focus will be leading teaching and learning, supporting staff development and ensuring every student is empowered to achieve their full potential. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity. In this role you will:

• Lead and promote a culture of educational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Coach, mentor and develop teachers to maximise student engagement and achievement.
• Provide instructional leadership and support the delivery of the Australian Curriculum across Years 3-12.
• Support and uphold the School's Ethos, Values and Guiding Principles.
• Foster positive relationships with students, families and the wider school community.
• Work collaboratively with Campus Directors and regional leaders to support campus success.
• Oversee the effective day-to-day operation of the campus.
• Maintain a small teaching load and remain connected to classroom practice.
