Job summary

Good Human Talent is partnering with a well-respected Victorian public sector organisation to appoint a People & Culture Advisor as it builds out its People & Culture team. Our client looks after some of the state’s most spectacular regional destinations, places that welcome visitors year-round and play a vital role in the communities around them.

This permanent, full-time role is based in North East Victoria, with 2–3 days a week on site alongside local resort teams.

Qualifications

• Generalist HR experience in multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and ability to interpret industrial instruments.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Qualification in HR, IR, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance and conduct matters from initial complaint through resolution.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment including onboarding.
• Contribute to workforce planning and organisational change.
• Interpret and advise on employment legislation and industrial instruments.
• Help leaders develop confident, capable people-management practices.
• Collaborate with a supportive P&C team to deliver consistent service across sites.
