Guzman Y Gomez is seeking an experienced Regional Area Manager to lead operations across Rockhampton City territory and surrounding regions in Australia. You will drive growth, manage multi-site performance, and develop a high‑performing team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

In this role, you will translate state strategy into consistent execution, optimise profitability, supervise regional leaders, and maintain strict compliance across WHS, food safety, and employment standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' regional or area management experience in a corporate environment.
• Proven P&L responsibility and delivery of financial results.
• Strong people management and team leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinker with data-driven decision making.
• Willingness to travel across the regional territory.
• Knowledge of the Australian market and regional dynamics.
• Experience with CRM software or advanced business platforms.
• Background in sales, operations, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site operations across the Rockhampton region to ensure brand standards.
• Lead, coach and develop regional leaders and site managers.
• Drive revenue growth, cost control, and profitability through actionable plans.
• Align regional activities with corporate strategy and priorities.
• Ensure WHS, compliance, and visa requirements across sites.
• Analyse performance data and implement improvement initiatives.
• Travel regularly within Queensland to support sites.
