Qualifications

• Practical procurement, sourcing or supplier-facing experience.
• Exposure to tenders, negotiations or contract processes.
• Strong analytical capability and ability to form recommendations.
• Collaborative, adaptable and coachable approach.

Responsibilities

• Support and progressively own category strategy and sourcing activity
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and shape sourcing approaches
• Support or lead tenders, evaluations, negotiations and commercial recommendations
• Build productive supplier relationships and support performance and risk management
• Use market insights and commercial analysis to identify value opportunities
• Contribute to procurement governance, process improvement and continuous improvement
• Work collaboratively across the Procurement team and broader business
